Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely package your items in their original CarTech packaging.
Ship the Package
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; make sure to keep your tracking receipt for updates on your return status.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality control team inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
